Discounts are available for those who buy more than one thing, and sometimes seasonally as well.

For multiple persons, add 2/3 the cost of onto the price. (In example, to add another person to a full figure painting, the cost would be 75$+50$=125$.)

You can expect your art within one week of my tagging it as the piece I am currently working on, unless it is particularly complicated, but I will mention that before we agree on a price.

I've finally caved and made one. You can blame for this!

I'll be posting mostly things from my sketchbooks, doodles,  and incomplete work on this, so don't feel obligated to follow me by any means, haha.

So, I'm on my second year of college.
If anyone wants me to, I might try to get the majority of my pieces for school from this and last year sorted/scanned/uploaded.
Some of it is very generic though. First year stuff.

.. If anyone likes the vids, I can probably recommend more. There are a ton I love, but listing them all would probably mean that none of them get watched.

So, I didn't go to ringling: long story short, between all the financial aid(about 20,000 when it came down to it) and the loans I could get, I was still 8,732$ short of affording to go there.

Instead I have spent my first semester at Florida School of the Arts--which is a branch off of Saint John River Community College(and it shares their prices) and also the only "state" art school that Florida has.
It's been been.. interesting. I find myself learning things in some classes and picking up nothing new in others(well, one specifically. But I won't go into that xD). Overall though--the pace is slower than it was in my AP art classes.(Maybe because I was a crazy mofo. But still) I think that's the thing I'm saddest about--I was really expecting college to be -even more intense- than AP... and it's been almost a step back from that. The teachers are good(except maybe Burban. I don't understand that fellow), and I learned -a lot- in photography and my digital classes.


I'm probably the only person ever who's going to complain about doing -less work- than I used to. I just love being pushed and being prolific though xD


Here's an idea: anyone who bothered to read that can give me one art challenge O: can be anything, short of "Do a 42 piece series on hands!" because I don't think I'll have time xD if it's gonna be a series, don't make it more than 5 please Can be as simple or crazy as you want--and Aeryn, if you grab challenges from other people in art classes I'll do those too xD

Summers out! It's hard to think I'm leaving OPHS behind.

Kinda sad, but, at the same time, it's what's nessicary to move forward. I can't say I won't miss people(aeryn I'm looking at you) but the most important ones I'm sure will stay in contact with me :3

I've got a lot to do this summer before I'm off to ringlingland! oooh, it'll be grand.

Soo I got my acceptance letter from Ringling today @w@;

Now's the hard part--I need to find some way to afford going there. It's about 40 thousand dollars a year.

If I can't get it together--then--uh--I can't go xD; SO
this is essentially a brainstorming entry. I'm already in the process of scrounging for scholarships in the obvious places (fastweb, and the couple of places my teacher directed me) but if you guys could point me in the direction of some others--that'd be great. Super great even. Fantabulous.

If I opened commissions would any of you buy them? the funds(however menial) would go right to my education. I figure they'd probably help pay for books and supplies--if anyone bought xD but I don't want to go through the trouble of pricing/discerning examples if no one wants them.

I saw five deer yesterday morning on the way to the review.
Never even knew we had deer in my area before then~

It took five hours to get there and we were a little late--but all things considered I was really lucky to get there at all as sick as my mom was. We had to stop several times because she had to puke, or she had to take her medicine because the pain was making her shaky--but the medicine makes her chronically tired.. so we'd have to stop for her to nap, and such. (somewhat of a catch 22--we couldn't really win as far as her driving was concerned) We left at 5 in the morning, got there at 10:30, left at 4 and got home at 11:00 xD; it was a full day.

but we got there!
and I got to have my portfolio reviewed by 3 people :3 it was really exhilerating, and encouraging. I wasn't nearly as nervous as I was convinced I was going to be---
I even made some friends :3 (opressively long lines seem less terrible when you're surrounding yourself with friendly people~) some of which I might never see again but one of them I look forward to keeping in touch with.

I got to shimmy off with a bunch of pamphlets and books from the colleges too! @w@ they had such pretty art in them.

Overall
it was a great day~ I'm really glad I got to go. :3

that's basically the cast in a nutshell - the women. They didn't count, because all the main characters were FLAMING gay. Except maybe the dude that represented my section.(he's the one wondering "how did I ended up on this ship full of gay people", if you didn't guess)

How about, I dressed up as a pirate, for them to find out it was my birthday and put me in the show as a toy soldier?
..That's right. A toy soldier.
At least I got to pretend to shoot at someone xDDD

owo Bit by bit I'm starting to feel vaguely human again.

Either way. Recovered or not--I suppose I'll be keeping my feet out of the water for awhile. Love is nice, its good to know there's someone who cares, but the headache and the holes it leaves just aren't worth it. They take too long to heal up. Nothing helps but time--I hate that feeling most. Not being able to do a damn thing to make yourself feel better. Leaves a pretty bitter taste.
I gave it a shot though. :3 Can't say I didn't try.

I can't wait till I'm back up to speed; back up to where I was before. I'm pretty self reliant usually xD but I haven't been for so long.. it's taking a bit to get used to that too.

I'm in such an art block right now It's not funny. Everything I draw looks like crap. I didn't even finish my AP art projects on time.
