I'm thinking a classic colon-capital-d or maybe colon-3 or semi-colon-capital-d would be more appropriate. I mean, if you wanna get really immaculate we could go for a greater-than-semi-colon-capital-p or something more horizontal like opening-bracket-greater-than-lowercase-o-lowercase-w-lowercase-o-closing-bracket-lowercase-b... But I mean, it's really subjective what direction you want to take your smilies in, as long as they are positive!
