It's behind the other leg, and, perspective. Her left hand is behind her head(You're seeing mostly the back of the palm and tips of her fingers.) and her other hand has all the fingers bent and part of it under cloth. I used references pretty much everywhere for this.
Are you sure you're looking at it right? I did a line check and it's fairly in proportion.

Thanks for the criticism though.
